AWAITING THE OUTCOME

It was only a few short weeks ago when the Florida State Seminoles walked away with the NCAA Division I Championship after making it to the Final FourCORRECTION: I meant to say the "Final FORK!"

While FSU did make it to the Sweet 16 of the College Basketball Tournament before bowing out in a very tough loss to VCU, redemption was swift and tasty too!

You see, FSU alum, Mo Leo ('90) was representing the Seminoles on the March 31st Rachel Ray program as one of four contestants in the "Final Fork" Cooking Challenge. She was up against other students, fans and alumni from Kentucky, Marquette, and BYU literally dishing out recipes like the Wildcat Blueberry Cream Puff, the Famous Marquette Potters Beans, and the BYU Fry Sauce Burger respectively.

"I AM BYU'S BIGGEST BASKETBALL FAN" - ERIC

But it was the Seminole Sliders - Pork Cutlet Parmigiana, presented by Mo, that won the coveted "Final Fork" trophy for the undisputed title!  Not one to be on the shy side, Mo had this to say -  "My love for FSU sports started my freshman year. When I go to a game, I participate!  My Seminole Sliders are a slam dunk." Congratulations Mo!

The Original Retro Brand made it to the "Final Fork" too!  Mo from FSU, Jamie from Marquette, and Eric from BYU were all wearing Original Retro Brand t's and cooking in comfort!

You can see special guest, and Tennessee alum, Allan Houston present the "Final Fork" Award Trophy to Mo on video, and all of the "Final Fork" recipes, by clicking over to the Rachel Ray page here.

WAY TO GO MO!!
